Application licence

The application is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page provides additional purchase information and permission for rendered outputs; it does not replace that application licence.

Free and Pro

Free tools include unlimited 480p MP4 exports with included tools, up to two separate lines and three project slots. Pro adds handwriting and ink tools, more lines/project slots, HD MP4, PNG and SVG exports. Availability depends on the device and released app; no 4K export promise is made.

All payment options unlock the same Pro feature set for the iPad edition:

Apple shows the actual localized price, billing period and applicable terms before confirmation. The iPad app has not yet launched. These planned prices do not establish an available purchase offer.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Apple handles purchases. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel renewal through your App Store account's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling renewal does not itself delete local projects. Pro access continues while a valid Pro entitlement remains; expiration/revocation of one subscription does not remove access granted by another valid entitlement, including Lifetime.

Buying Lifetime does not itself cancel an existing subscription. If already subscribed, manage or cancel its renewal through Apple to avoid paying again for access covered by Lifetime.

Lifetime scope

Lifetime is a non-expiring Pro unlock for this Inkwell iPad app. It does not include separate Windows/Mac editions, plugins or other separately sold products. It does not promise perpetual compatibility with future devices, a particular update schedule or every future separately sold product. Existing desktop customers retain their existing purchase terms.

Your rendered work

You may use images and videos you render with Inkwell in personal and commercial projects, including paid client work. You may deliver rendered outputs to clients without requiring them to buy Inkwell. You are responsible for rights to text, images and other imported material. This permission does not permit redistribution of the app or separately extracted bundled components. Third-party component rights remain governed by their included notices.

Restore and refunds

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account used for the eligible purchase. Restoring access does not restore local projects or exported files. For payment/refund questions, use Apple's purchase-support process. We do not guarantee a refund or impose a blanket no-refunds rule. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
