Support
For app questions, email hellosomethingclever@gmail.com. Support and privacy contact: Michael Carlton Abalon, trading as Something Clever, Philippines.
Describe the issue
Include the app version, iPad model/iPadOS version if known, what you did and what you expected. Send only necessary information. A redacted screenshot may help; do not send passwords, full card details or unnecessary confidential project material. Keep backups of projects and exports you want to retain. We cannot recover your local-only project library from our servers.
Purchases and files
Apple handles payment and subscription management. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases restores eligible access, not project files or exports. Buying Lifetime does not itself cancel an existing subscription: manage/cancel renewal through Apple to avoid paying again for access already covered by Lifetime. See the Terms and purchase information.
Support-data practice from release onward
Michael handles support through Gmail. Correspondence is used for answering requests, diagnosis and related disputes/legal obligations, not marketing lists or selling personal information. Google provides the email service.
We delete support attachments and downloaded debugging copies under our control within 30 days after resolution. This includes permanently deleting attachment-bearing email messages and their sent or forwarded copies under our control; a minimal text-only summary may be kept instead. Necessary attachment-free correspondence and summaries are deleted within 12 months after resolution. Selected deleted messages are also removed from Gmail Trash. Specified records genuinely required for a dispute or legal obligation may be kept longer with restricted use, only as long as required. Financial/tax records are separate. Provider backup/deletion processes may differ.
You may contact us about personal information we process, including applicable access, correction, objection, erasure/blocking and portability rights, subject to legal conditions. You may also complain to the Philippine National Privacy Commission. See the Privacy Policy for details, Apple reports and website hosting.
